Creating a Safe Space: In-Person and Telehealth Counseling Options I understand that seeking therapy can be a vulnerable and courageous step towards improving your mental health. That's why I prioritize creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I offer both in-person and telehealth counseling options to accommodate individual preferences and needs. The in-person sessions take place at my Clinical Mental Health Counseling practice in South Jordan, Utah. I have carefully designed my space to create a calming and comfortable atmosphere where clients can feel at ease and open up about their mental health concerns. From the moment you step into the room, you will be greeted with warmth and compassion. Annelise is dedicated to building a strong therapeutic alliance with each client, ensuring that they feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their journey towards improved mental wellness. For those who prefer the convenience and flexibility of remote counseling, I also offer telehealth sessions. Through secure and confidential video conferencing platforms, clients can receive therapy from the comfort of their own homes. This option is particularly beneficial for individuals who may have transportation limitations, live in remote areas, or have physical health concerns that make in-person sessions challenging. Telehealth counseling allows you to access the support you need without the added stress of commuting or finding childcare. Regardless of whether you choose in-person or telehealth counseling, I am committed to providing the same high-quality care and personalized attention. I believe that everyone deserves access to mental health support, and I strive to make our services as accessible as possible. I am experienced in a variety of therapeutic approaches and will work collaboratively with you to develop a treatment plan that meets your unique needs and goals. If you're interested in scheduling a counseling session with Ginger Zen Therapy, please reach out to us through our Client Portal. We accept Select Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and EMI insurance, and we also provide assistance through Mentaya for clients who choose to self-pay. I understand that navigating insurance and payment options can be overwhelming, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Remember, seeking therapy is a courageous step towards prioritizing your mental health and well-being. Whether you choose in-person or telehealth counseling, I am here to provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we can work towards improved mental health, self-confidence, and self-empowerment. Don't hesitate to reach out and take that first step towards a meaningful future.
